We are seeking for a Programme Lead for Degree Apprenticeships to lead the delivery and ongoing development of our supply chain and logistics degree apprenticeship provision.

This role has end‑to‑end responsibility for programme quality, learner outcomes, and employer experience, ensuring our apprenticeships are industry‑relevant, compliant, and impactful. It is a hands‑on leadership role combining programme management, teaching, and quality oversight within a blended and work‑based learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day‑to‑day delivery of degree apprenticeship programmes across all cohorts
  • Ensure high‑quality classroom, virtual, and workplace learning
  • Teach on degree apprenticeship programmes and support trainer delivery
  • Contribute to curriculum design and continuous improvement
  • Drive learner engagement, retention, achievement, and progression
  • Monitor learner progress and implement timely interventions
  • Ensure compliance with ESFA funding rules, Ofsted EIF, and awarding body requirements
  • Support IQA, audit readiness, SAR and QIP activity
  • Build strong relationships with employer partners and align delivery to business needs
  • Track programme performance and drive continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Experience leading or managing degree apprenticeship programmes
  • Strong knowledge of ESFA funding rules and Ofsted EIF
  • Experience delivering blended and work‑based learning in an HE or apprenticeship context
  • Industry credibility within supply chain, logistics, or operations
  • Confidence working with employers and senior stakeholders

Desirable:

  • Teaching and/or assessing qualifications
  • Experience with curriculum development, SAR/QIP, or inspection readiness

  • Quality‑driven with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Confident, collaborative, and adaptable
